Located in Les Andelys, just 1h15 from Paris and 45min from Rouen, the estate offers a green and inspiring setting on the banks of the Seine, perfect for organising seminars, receptions, corporate breaks or private events.

The estate covers 3.5 hectares, offers direct access to the Seine and comprises several complementary areas:

-Le Manoir, with its authentic charm, a reception area of 180m², 15 bedrooms, a large convivial lounge and a cosy dining room.

Situated at the foot of chalk cliffs, this imposing three-story building covers more than 800m². It is the perfect venue for organizing your seminars and meetings for 10 to 100 people.

-The Orangerie, bright and flexible, ideal for meetings, conferences or evenings for up to 400 people. It is specially designed to host large-scale corporate events such as your annual convention, general meeting, product launch, corporate evening, or wedding reception.

Located in the park near the Manor House, this building, which is entirely glazed on all sides, offers an incredible 560 m² of space, including 450 m² of reception space, and can accommodate 250 people seated at tables and 400 guests for a cocktail party. There is a stage and backstage area on one side, and a bar and cloakroom on the other. Six restrooms and a catering office complete the Orangerie's service facilities.

Ideal for small business meetings or team seminars, the space offers a generous reception area of 100m², capable of accommodating 15 people in a seated configuration and up to 35 people in cocktail mode. Outside caterers are not permitted for business events. For wedding-type events, outside caterers are authorised.

Cancellation Policy

Strict : If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 30 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
